Abstract: |
Due to the character of complexity and high toxicity, the residual trace pollutants receive widespread attention and become the target compounds of the ecotoxicity tests for reclaimed water. In order to control the reclaimed water quality safety, this program takes the residual trace pollutants derived from domestic wastewater as research object and studies its ecotoxicity identification and effective control principle. For typical domestic wastewater, based on investigating the residual and distribution characteristics of trace pollutants in reclaimed water, the pollutants will be classified according to their chemical properties. Then, the enrichment characteristics of typical trace pollutants will be revealed and the corresponding methods will be established. On the basis of non-specific and specific toxicity response of different categories of trace pollutants, the testing system will be built for detecting the ecotoxicity of trace pollutants in reclaimed water. To study the removal and toxicity reduction of trace pollutants using advanced treatment process, the optimized strategy will be proposed for ensuring the safety of reclaimed water. The results of this program will provide a theoretical and technical support for wastewater reclamation and safe utilization. |
