Professor Xiaochang Wang awarded Honorary Professorship at The University of Exeter, UK.

Professor Xiaochang Wang has been appointed Honorary Professor at The University of Exeter, UK. The appointment is in recognition of his ongoing collaborative work with Professor David Butler, Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK, at the University.

 

The University of Exeter is a world-class research university in South West England, UK. It was founded and received its Royal Charter in 1955. The university is a member of the Russell Group of leading research-intensive universities, the Association of Commonwealth Universities, and the British Universities Union. Exeter is ranked amongst the UK’s top universities in the Higher Education league tables produced by the Times and the Sunday Times. The title of Honorary Professor is awarded to renowned scholars or experts to promote international exchange and academic development. Prof. Wang has made outstanding contributions in the field of water environment and served the International Water Association in many important positions. The award of Honorary Professor to Prof. Wang would further enhance the academic influence of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology in the field of water environment both locally and internationally.
